According to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”), YÖRÜKOĞLU TİCARET TURİZM TARIM PETROL ENERJİ İNŞAAT A.Ş. (“Hereinafter referred to as ‘ETHNO HOTELS’”) is defined as the data controller as it processes your personal data. According to Article 10 of the Law titled "Disclosure Obligation", data controllers are obliged to inform real persons whose personal data they process in certain matters.
This statement has been prepared by ETHNO HOTELS to ensure compliance with legislation and to be transparent and accountable.
Definitions

- Disclosure obligation: The obligation of the data controller or authorized person to inform the relevant persons about the identity of the data controller, the purpose of processing, the recipients of the personal data and the purpose of transfer, the method and legal basis of data collection, and the rights specified in Article 11 of the Law.
Relevant Person: You, who contact us via the contact form and therefore provide certain personal data, are defined as the relevant person under the Law.
Data Controller: ETHNO HOTELS is the data controller responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing your personal data and for the establishment and management of the data recording system.
Your Personal Data Processed According to Procedures, Processing Purposes and Legal Reasons:
Your personal data is processed by us. In addition, your contact information (email, phone) may be used for communication activities based on your explicit consent under Article 5/1 of the Law.
To Whom and For What Purpose Your Personal Data May Be Transferred:
- Your personal data may be transferred to relevant authorities without disclosure obligation and without your explicit consent upon request within the scope of Article 28/1 of the Law.
- In unforeseen situations, your personal data may also be transferred to public institutions (e.g., Ministries) in cases explicitly stated in the law, for purposes and limitations defined in the law.
- Outside our legal obligations that do not require disclosure or explicit consent, your personal data will not be transferred.

Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data:
Relevant persons must primarily apply to the data controller to exercise their rights regarding their personal data.

You can make your application through the following methods:

- Via KEP address [email protected] using a secure electronic signature or mobile signature.
- If your email address is registered in our system, by sending an email to [email protected] using the same email address.
The following information must be included in your application:
- Your full name and signature if your application is in writing.
- For Turkish citizens, your T.C. ID number; if foreign, your nationality, passport number, or ID number if available.
- Your address for notification or workplace.
- If any, your email, phone, and fax numbers.
- Your request subject.
- If any, documents or information related to your request.
